You survived the holidays – some of you just barely, I know. I have heard your stories.
Before you dive right into 2023, how about some reflection and rest, even if just a few moments?
Caregivers (and all) may I suggest reflecting on the highs and lows of the past 12 months.
Choose one or all of these questions to ponder, or make up your own.
What went well? What not so well? How do you want to show up differently?
What challenged you? What changed you? What lessons did you learn?
What hopes do you hold for the future?
Some folks enjoy doing this also with their partner, children, etc., or keep it solo.
Do what works for you.
I did this with my coach (shout out Jill) last week. It was awesome to see all the highs and humbling to see the lows.
Get quiet and be still to contemplate where you have been and where you are going.
