Meet Lisa

For over 25 years, I have worked with family members are caregivers Certified Life Coach and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I’ve had the privileges to work with people and families in many different situations. It also have been a caregiver to my own family members in shoes. No matter what you are through help. I have discovered the secret to caregiver burnout and I can’t wait to meet you.

I also coach professional caregivers and parent of children with disabilities.
I was born in Massachusetts on Chicopee Air Force Base.  I was raised primarily in Boulder, CO., with a couple of overseas moves. I attended kindergarten in Hong Kong and high school in Tokyo, Japan.

I received my B.S. in 1992, from Colorado State University in Human Development and Family Studies.
 
I received my Masters in Social Work from Smith College in Northampton, MA., in 1997.
 
I became a Certified Life Coach during COVID-19 at the Life Coach School in 2020.
 
I am married and have two teens – one is currently launching and one has a few years to go. 
 
When not working I enjoy yoga, stand-up paddle boarding and the ocean. The PNW is my favorite.
 
Many have asked if I coach people who aren’t caregivers – absolutely!!  I can coach anyone on any topic.  I love coaching and I have an affinity for caregivers.
