This time last year most of us were envisioning COVID would come to an end.  We are just days from 2022, and the end is not in sight.

We have all had losses. Many of us – especially caregivers – have lost loved ones or are about to. Many have lost jobs, homes, relationships, security. YOU made it through – you persevered. Some people I worked with even had amazing years.

Society tells us it is time again for resolutions. Many of us make resolutions thinking we “have” to and within a few weeks most can’t even tell you what their resolutions were.

I encourage reflection instead of resolutions. What do you have right now? What do you want to carry into 2022?  What do you want to leave behind? You may be feeling down and thinking you don’t have a lot.

You have breath, you have life, you have time, and you have this moment which are things many in the world have lost this year. You are scrolling social media, so you have a phone or a computer.  You have a brain, your vision, and you have people, likely including someone you are caring for if you are reading this.

Where do you want to be this time next year? What results do you want to accomplish? What do you want to be feeling when 2022 comes to a close? How will you get there?

Caregivers, how do you want to show up for your loved ones? How do you want to show up for yourself?

Reach out for a free 20-minute mini coaching session. I can teach you how to show up for your life in a way that truly serves you.
